Questions from the pit

Our online form needs a Polish PESEL number, so international guests book with us directly — with the enquiry form on each car page, on WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail. Send the car, dates and pick-up place; we reply with availability and the final price, usually within 30 minutes.

A valid ID document or passport and a category B driving licence — both valid on the pick-up day. Tell us in advance where your licence was issued and we will confirm everything before the rental.

You can rent from us below 21 or with a licence held for less than 2 years — in that case the deposit option is mandatory.

Free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. Later we may keep the prepayment or charge a cancellation fee.

Prices are gross (VAT included) per rental day, counted from the pick-up time. Longer rentals cost less per day. Each car has a mileage limit for your dates — kilometres over the limit are charged per the price list.

For cars with a deposit you choose: a refundable deposit (lower price) or no deposit (+25% on the daily rate). Drivers under 21 or with a licence held for less than 2 years: deposit required.

Online through Autopay (BLIK or a quick bank transfer) after we confirm your booking, or at pick-up if agreed. An invoice is available on request.

Yes — current offers are applied automatically to the price, no code needed. Offers do not combine with discount codes; we apply the better discount.

Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot and Gdańsk Airport (GDN). We can also deliver the car to your address — 3 PLN per km, there and back.

Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up. A car handed over with a full tank comes back full; otherwise a 500 PLN fee plus fuel applies.

Only with our prior consent — arrange it before signing the rental agreement. Driving abroad without consent carries a 5,000 PLN penalty. Track driving is not allowed.

Your own share in damage is 10,000 PLN unless the agreement says otherwise. The 5K protection package lowers it by 5,000 PLN.
